Contact Us
To reach us, just email: [email protected]. We don't have a phone line or a live chat window — email is the only official way to get in touch.
What this inbox is good for
- Corrections: spotted a step in an article that's out of date, a number that's wrong, or wording that's easy to misread? We'd genuinely like to hear it — just note which page and which section, and once we've checked, we'll fix it and log the change on the corrections page.
- Partnerships: if you have a compliant idea that's genuinely useful to readers, we're open to talking.
- Feedback: a tool acting buggy, a page not displaying right, a broken link, or something you think is missing and should be added — let us know.
We try to reply to every email that's written in earnest, but please understand this site is run by a few people in their spare time. Replies may not be fast, and we can't promise to get back to every single one. Thanks for bearing with us.
Two things we can't help with
So you don't wait in the wrong place: we are not any exchange's customer support. So —
- Can't log in, account frozen, KYC that keeps failing, a stuck withdrawal — those can only be handled by the exchange's official support. We have neither the access nor the ability to step in.
- Funds or coins missing or stolen — again, go through the exchange's official channels right away, and contact the police if needed. We can't recover any account or funds for you.
Please commit this to memory: CoinFledge will never — under any circumstances — message you or reach out to ask for your account password, SMS / authenticator codes, wallet seed phrase or private keys. Anyone claiming to be "CoinFledge," "support" or "official" who private-messages you for that information, or tells you to "transfer some money first to activate / unfreeze," is impersonating us and running a scam — block and ignore them. Every legitimate exchange we have with you happens only when you email the address above and we reply.
